1. Shipping Partners & Coverage

We are partnered with Shiprocket, which connects us with multiple leading courier services. We currently ship across India, ensuring delivery to major cities, towns, and remote locations.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation.
  • Once processed, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your shipment status.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹[Insert Amount].
  • Standard shipping charges apply for orders below the free shipping threshold, which will be displayed at checkout.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected pin codes.
  • Additional COD charges may apply as per the courier partner’s policy.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track your order directly through the Shiprocket tracking system.

7. Delivery Issues & Failed Attempts

  • If the courier partner is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address or multiple failed attempts, the order will be returned to us.
  • In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged product or an incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with images of the package.
  • We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our policy.
