At HNA Gifting, we strive to provide the best quality gifting products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help! Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or replacement if:
✔ The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
✔ You received an incorrect product.
✔ The item is missing parts or not as described.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:
❌ Personalized or customized products (e.g., engraved gifts with names).
❌ Items on clearance sale or discounted offers.
❌ Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration by the customer.

3. Return Process

1️⃣ Initiate a Return:

  • Provide your order details and clear images of the product (if damaged/defective).
    2️⃣ Approval & Pickup:
  • If your request is approved, we will arrange for pickup through our logistics partner Shiprocket.
  • You may be required to pack the item securely for return.
    3️⃣ Inspection & Refund:
  • Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it within 2-3 business days.
  • If approved, your refund or replacement will be processed.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (bank, UPI, or wallet) within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted if the item is not in its original condition.

5. Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange an item instead of a refund, please let us know.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability and will follow the same return process.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
